Sunnyside Medical Centre
The
new Sunnyside Medical Centre, Portsmouth provided Kiwi Design with another
ideal opportunity to highlight our talent for working closely within a team;
this included the client's nominated Interior Designers (ID Vision) and the
Project Managers.
This £1.4 million project not only provided the clients with the desired
look but also a high specification environment in which the Practice and associated
health professionals at the Pompey Centre now work.
The
brief was to design and build a 783 sq m mezzanine floor intoan empty 918
sq m shell, together with the fit-out, producing a two level working space
which was to be shared by three separate organisations yet connected by their
industry. This was achieved within a strict 20-week program and encompassed
the full range of facilities that Kiwi Design offers its clients, from conception
through to construction and completion to ensure the delivery of an on time
project.
Kiwi Design prides itself on developing long-term relationships
with all its clients and associated professional teams. This was clearly demonstrated
at the Pompey Centre where we worked closely with the project team to ensure
the client's working environment correctly reflected ID vision's design scheme
for a State of the Art Medical Centre in Portsmouth.
