The key design feature here was to expose the trussed rafters and create a curved vaulted plasterboard ceiling. SUNNYSIDE MEDICAL CENTRE

Medical Centre Refurbishment and New Build Fit Out.

The Pompey Centre is a steel-framed building that accommodates three tenants - a Primary Care Trust, a Well-Being Centre and The Sunnyside Medical Centre who occupy the ground floor. Kiwi Design undertook the fast-track fit-out of the building, a project that took just 24 weeks to complete with a phased handover for each of the different tenants.

	When this call centre based insurance broker took over two floors of Merck House in Poole, they looked to Kiwi Design to create a modern and functional but cost effective working environment. View gallery

	Manchester Airports was committed to the refurbishment of three Aircraft Hangars at Bournemouth International Airport, with five crucial elements: the width of each wall, the need for the walls to be structurally independent, the need to provide a 2 hour fire rating, the flexibility and speed to erect the walls in time for the new tenant to occupy and finally a height of up to 17m.
